Happy Birthday card collectionCompleted by Peggy Stogdill

Reduced the size slightly and printed two copies on matte photo paper.

Attached one of the small pictures to the center of the card back with dst. Layered the card front with aqua "taffeta" stash paper, then embellished with ivory die-cut corner designs from one of the free CUP offers.

I cut decoupage from the second topper and attached it and a sentiment with thin foam pads, then finished with glitter glue on the flower centers, frosting and corner embellishments.
