Frieda Flapper is Fabulous Orange/blue Quick CardCompleted by Shelagh E Osborn Wright

I printed on smooth card and cut out the parts. I covered an A5 card blank with bright blue card using DST. I mounted the base image on this with DST. I layered the panels and flower decoupage with foam tape.

I used turquoise stickles on the flowers and stencil swirls. Orange and turquoise stickles was used to decorate the hairband. Liquid pearls was used on the rope of pearls, and glossy accents on the cigarette holder. I added a large orange and yellow 3D flower to the decoupage.

Tiny gold gems were added to details on the flowers and stencil swirls and a tiny blue flower to the text. 4 mini gold peel offs were added to the corners to complete the card.
