Fashion Boutique Topper 1Completed by Joan Prince

Printed out and cut out all the elements. I placed the base image onto a white 8 x 8 scallop edge card using d.s tape and then added the remaining pieces using foam pads.

I then chose the Happy Birthday sentiment and placed this at the top of the card.

The insert has decorative punched corners and has been left blank so that my customer can write their own message.
