With this image, I printed onto glossy photo paper and decoupaged the elements with foam pads. This was then placed onto white card stock. I then added a co-ordinating pink peel off to frame the image.
To finish I added a jewel to the bow and glitter to the bottle and wine glasses. I just love Edna the good time girl.
