Printed on matte photo paper. I used the toppers provided to create the layers on a pink swiss dot card-also the red corners at the top of the card.

I cut out the roses with scissors and a craft knife and attached the first one with a glue stick and the second (3D) with silicone gel.

Mounted the sentiment with silicone also. Pretty, feminine design with a vintage flavor.
