I printed on to matte photo paper. Mounted the topper on to a card and layered. Added a bow and a sentiment. Absolutely gorgeous.....
I printed onto matt photo paper then cut out and added the base design to a blank card then mounted he decoupage with thin foam pads.to complete I added a blue and black bow to the top.
Breakfast at Tiffany's - approx. card size 7 in. x 5 in. - Sheet printed onto quality matte photo paper.
Card elements trimmed, white base cardstock used, selected bright blue as a background. Glued topper into place then layered with double sided mounting tape.
Added light blue and diamond adhesive gems and glitter. Added sentiment tag. Card includes matching envelope.
