Copied to glossy photo paper and cut out. Matted to violet card stock using d.s.t. Layered the decoupage using d.s.Foam Tape. Added Stickle's Lace Shimmer to the dress, gold peel-off borders and feathers.
A simple design to make up with that touch of elegance of the Art Deco period, Suitable for many occasions and very worth while to have in your portfolio.
