Blue Framed Sparkle FlutterCompleted by Chris Smart

Printed onto glossy photo paper. Cut out the decoupage layers. Used 1mm foam pads to give the decoupage layers more depth. I added lots of different silver gems and blue pearls to make the card really sparkle. Mounted it onto an A5 card.

This could be used for many different occasions. It's so beautiful I may have to keep this one myself!
