Printed onto Photo Paper. Cut out the Topper and the Insert. I put DST tape on both Elements, and stuck the Topper to a White card .I then put the Insert inside the card.

I stuck tiny Pearls around the lace Border, and in the middle of the Bow.

I then stuck Bronze stick on edging around the Topper. This is a nice design and makes into a pretty card.
