Beautiful Teatime Roses Completed by Peggy Stogdill

Printed twice on matte photo paper. I attached the topper to a silver pearl card with round corners, then cut the opening from the second copy and attached it with foam pads to create a frame.

Added the decoupage with silicone gel after shaping slightly.

The roses are so lovely, I couldn't resist adding some extra layers :-)
