Beautiful Silhouette Lady and Vintage LaceCompleted by Diane Vermeer
OccasionBirthday / Birthday Female
Printed onto Gloss Photo Paper. I cut the elements out, and stuck the Topper onto a Pink card, using DST. I used Foam pads to build the design. To finish, I stuck some pretty silver stick on edging around the edge of Topper.
I used a silver stick on sentiment, saying Congratulations. A nice Design.
