Beautiful Fans and Roses Completed by Chell Sharpe

I printed the sheet out onto 220gsm good quality photo paper. i matted the base layer onto red holo card, added a black feather & red Ivy swirl & used foam tape to mount it to the 8x8 base card i'd covered in a CUP backing paper.

I decoupaged the layers with 3D glue gel & used a peel off vase on red holo card & another black feather along with 2 gems for embellishments.

I used Fruit Punch & Star Dust Stickles to add some sparkle.
