Art Deco - Cocktail HourCompleted by Sylvia Sprot

I printed this onto matte card and cut out. I covered an A5 card with gold mirri card and attached the base layer using double sided tape. I also mat and layered the topper and sentiment onto gold mirri card.

I used sticky pads to stick on sentiment, topper.and decoupaged flower. The topper was attached at an angle then decorated with a gem and feather. Totally Art Deco!
