Printed onto Gloss Photo Paper. I cut out all the elements. Used DST to attach the topper to a White
Card. Using Foam Pads I added the Decoupage. I put some crystal glitter on parts of the flowers. I stuck a Crystal Gem onto the sentiment, and a crystal heart to both top corners for fun. A great design, makes into a great card.
Printed on matt photo paper and attached to scalloped card. Built up image with foam pads and finished with a touch of glitter. Like sending a card and a smile all in one. Love this one.
