Vintage Lady in a Beaded Hat Completed by Kathleen Peace

used an 8x8 scalloped card, used silver mirror and an embossed card for first mat and layer used wet glue to attach to card. also made a square mat and layer with a die cut ,put topper on and did decoupage with silicon glue. then attached to card with sticky fixers Embellishments used are crystal drop to do pearl gems on hat ,organza ribbon and a silver glitter gem strip around bow. sentiment on card is Happy Birthday Birthday A really pretty card and nice and easy to do
