Vintage LadyCompleted by Diane Vermeer

Printed onto Gloss Photo Paper. DST was used to stick the Topper onto a White Scalloped edge card. Foam pads were used to attach the Decoupage. I stuck 2 rows of pretty silver stick on edging around the card, Little Crystals were stuck onto the Bow.

This is a very pretty design.
