I copied to adhesive backed photo paper and then on glossy photo paper. I adhered the design onto blue card stock. Cut out all the elements including medal and extra butterflies. Mounted all the decoupage with double sided foam tape.

Added liquid gold lead to the chain the top of the tag and round the dark amber gem. I tied a thin leather bow after adding two blue brads to the tag. Popped some dew drops on the roses. I scored and folded the bottom of the card and added a strut to make it an easel card. All in all it is an amazing card to make.
