The Vintage LookCompleted by Pat Mottram

I printed this file onto matte photographic paper, I printed it twice so that I could enhance the decoupage, this wasn't necessary just personal choice.

I matted the base image onto toning pink card and fixed to a white card blank.

With the second image I cut out the main elements ( the roses,boots, bag, hat and tassels ) to make a half frame.

I constructed the decoupage using silicone glue, I used the plain tag because I wanted to use it for an age specific birthday ,I matted it onto pink card and attached it with foam pads.

I applied Glossy Accents to the centre of the boot flowers and the roses to replicate raindrops. Finally I attached a toning ribbon and bow. This is a really elegant image and the colours lovely
