Steampunk & Black Lace with Vintage Boots with Roses

I printed on matte card then printed the picture and the sentiment again and from this I cut out around the boots and top of border I used this as my first layer of decoupage.I added the picture to a matching base card then used foam squares to add the layers.

I used dusky pink glitter on the flowers and sentiment opal glitter on the lace then finished with pearls to the buttons and 2 gems on the sentiment.
