Somewhere in Time 4 Quick Card TopperCompleted by Susan P. B.

I copied to photo paper and cut out all the elements. Cut out the frame only from the second picture and matted it to the base using foam pads along with the decoupage. I have used Waterfall Stickles and Frosted Lace Stickles on the dress using Waterfall as shading.

A dreamy design which leads me to see a lady waiting for her love in a beautiful garden. Can be used for various occasions, even as a Valentine for that special person.
