I printed this file onto matte photographic paper,I printed the base image twice so that I could create a raised centre panel and enhance the decoupage, this wasn't necessary just personal choice.I matted the base image onto toning pink card and fixed to a white card blank.

I cut out a centre panel from the second base image and fixed with foam strips. The decoupage was constructed with silicone glue and pearls added to the scallops round the centre panel. I didn't think that it needed any further embellishments.

This is a beautiful vintage image in lovely soft colours, it would fit many occasions, I have added a second image to hopefully show the decoupage..
