Pretty Blue Birds with Flowers and Vintage LadyCompleted by Susan P. B.

Copied to matte photo paper and cut out all the elements. I have matted the card to pale blue card and then to a deeper blue. I built up the elements using d.s.foam tape. Added two home made roses, glitter and a silver border.

A gorgeous design, very elegant and useful for various occasions.
