Pink Deco ViewCompleted by Jane Wells

I printed this design onto white card, cut out and layered the image using 3d foam pads for height. I matted pretty patterned paper onto a white scalloped edged card and popped the design on top with dst.

I added a gold 'happy birthday' banner and glitterdust, a really stunning design!
