Milestone birthday card with vintage lady & champagneCompleted by Maureen Garrigan - MG Cards & Crafts

I printed design onto matte photo paper then cut out and applied the base image to a 7 x 7 inch white card base.

I applied the decoupage with foam pads and to embellish the card I used a piece of a doily from my stash, small black stick on gems, a small bow and lightweight wooden numbers.

I used my own wording for the sentiment which was applied to the card with 1mm foam pads.
