Lady in a Frame 8Completed by Diane Vermeer

Printed onto Photo Paper. After cutting out I used DST to attach Topper to an Ivory textured card. Used foam tape to add the Decoupage. I finished by attaching the sentiment with foam pads,and a Diamond gem on her earing and used two small black gems, on the Buttons.

An elegant design and very easy to make.
