Elegant Lady in Hat with Blue RosesCompleted by Chell Sharpe

I printed the sheet onto 220gsm good quality photo paper. i matted the base image onto gold mirror card, added a black feather & used foam tape to mount it to the 8x8 base card i'd covered in a CUP insert made into a backing paper.

I decoupaged the layers with 3D glue gel & used Star Dust & Diamond Stickles to add some sparkle.
