Dusty Rose Pink Flapper Lady BirthdayCompleted by Chell Sharpe

I started with an 8x8 card blank and covered it with a CUP backing paper.

I printed the image off on 200gsm CUP photo paper, and matted the image onto gold stippled paper then onto black pearl card, I added a black feather and used foam tape to mount it to the card base.

I decoupaged the layers and I used Icicle Stickles on the swirl and Star Dust Stickles on the dress, stars & hat.

I added a greeting from the sheet with 3D glue gel.
