After printing the sheet and cutting out the elements - I mounted the decourpage items with foam tape. I then adhered the base topper onto a white A5 card base after punching out the vacant corners.

I added the gold peel-off's to the top and bottom of the frame to tie in with the insert used inside.

I then added a touch of class with some gold Liquid Pearl dots near the punched corners and following the pattern on her vintage hat, used larger and smaller dots.

I haven't added a sentiment tag as I feel it could be used for any occassion.
