A Vintage Lady Blowing Bubbles Completed by Diane Vermeer

Printed onto Photo Paper, and cut out all the elements. Used DST to attach Topper to a Caramel textured card. The corners have been cut using a punch. Used foam tape to build up the design. To finish off, I used Stickles Diamond Glitter on the flowers,and the bubble Pipe.

I stuck a black Bow to middle on the top. A interesting Design.
