MISS CINDERS BIRTHDAY TOPPERCompleted by Margaret Swann
OccasionBirthday / Birthday Girl
I printed this on good quality plain card, cut out the decoupage and layered it using foam pads. I then attached it to blue floral backing paper before attaching to a white card blank using double sided tape.
A lovely card and the layers really bring her to life.
