Printed onto Photo Paper. I cut out the elements. I used DST to attach topper to an orange card. Used foam pads to attach decoupage element and the sentiment. I Used tiny crystals on the buttons on the boots. This is a great design and easy to make up.
I printed out onto matte card stock and cut out all the images. I then attached the main image to a dark red card using 3D foam tape. I attached the decoupage parts with 3D foam pads and added the Happy Birthday message.
I attached black gems to the shoe as buttons to give it a bit more dimension.
