White/black Basque with Shoes and White RosesCompleted by Chell Sharpe

I matted the base image onto gold mirror card, added a white feather and matted it onto white 'pillars of light' holo card.

I decoupaged the layers with large foam pads & 3D glue gel and used Icicle Stickles on the gold frame.

Black Stickles on the basque, Frosted Lace Stickles on the basque & flowers and Stardust Stickles on the shoes.
