Print 2 copies, the 2nd for an extra fan. Stick main picture onto a slightly larger gold sheet, leaving a a small edge and adhere to card. Layer the middle fan with foam pads and the top fan with double foam pads.

Add gold ribbon and a gold pearl to the bottom of these 2 fans and apply gold and blue glitter to fans and blue glitter glue around the sentiment.

Attach sentiment with foam pads and add gold corner peel-offs.
