Tea Party Time Topper & Tags

I printed the sheet off onto 220gsm good quality photo paper.

I matted the base image onto silver holo card, added a pink feather & used foam tape to mount it to the 8x8 base card i'd covered in a CUP backing paper. i matted the 2nd layer onto pink holo card & used foam pads to decoupage it to the base image. i matted the 3rd layer onto some of the backing paper & again used foam pads to decoupage it to the 2nd layer.

I used Star Dust & Diamond Stickles to giv eit some sparkle.
