Satin Silver Basque with Sparkle Shoes and RosesCompleted by Chell Sharpe

I started by matting the image onto silver satin card, then added a white feather, then I matted it onto blue text glitter card and then onto silver satin card again.

I layered the decoupage and embellished with Crystal Glamour dust on the frame, Pinflair glitter wand on the basque and Icicle stickles on the basque and shoes.
