Print and prep Deco ,I then sprayed the shirt and skirt with sparkle glitter spray, fix to main image with foam pads,then attached to main card-stock which has been layered with matching paper.To finish I added birthday sentiment and red & black marabou feathers .This is a great card to send ladies of a certain age,they will love it.
