Pretty White Ballgown with Shoes & White RosesCompleted by Chell Sharpe

I started with a 5x7 card blank and covered it in a white holo paper. I matte dthe image onto gold mirror card and added a white feather, I mounted the card to the base with foam tape.

I decoupaged the layers with 3D glue gel and I used Diamond stickles on the gold frame, Star Dust stickles on the roses and Pinflair glitter wand on the shoes.
