Pretty Vintage Flower Hat on a StandCompleted by Chell Sharpe

I printed the sheet out onto good quality 200gsm photo paper. I cut away the white background and replaced it with gold matt patterned card, then matted it onto gold mirror card.

I added a cream feather and used foam tape to mount it to the 8x8 card blank i'd covered in a CUP backing paper.

I used a tombow glue pen to add gilding flakes to the frame. I decoupaged the layers with 3D glue gel and used Diamond, Star Dust, Glam Pink & Fruit Punch Stickles to add some glitz.
