Pretty Pink Satin Basque with Shoe and BowCompleted by Chell Sharpe

I matted the base layer onto lilac holo card, added a magenta feather and matted it onto Silver glitter card with foam tape.

I decoupaged the layers with 3D glue gel and large foam pads.

I used Pinflair gltter wand on the basque and leafy sprigs and Frosted Lace Stickles on the shoes & bow and Star Dust Stickles on the basque.
