Pretty Ladies Fan with Roses on Lace with BowCompleted by Chell Sharpe

I matted the image onto dark red mirror card and added a burgundy feather then matted it onto white 'pillars of light' holo card.

I decoupaged the layers and mounted it onto a card blank to make an easel card.

I used the banner as a stopper and added a peel off greeting and i added a clear gilt peel off to the same dark red mirror card to make a fan and added that.

I used Icicle Stickles on the fan and frame, Frosted Lace Stickles on the fan, bow and roses. I used a clear gilt peel off with some of the base paper and added that to the top right corner.
