After printing the sheet onto smooth white cardboard - I cut out all the elements, adhered them with foam tape onto the base topper and adhered the base topper onto a matching taupe cardstock and cut it to size. I mounted the sentiment tag with foam tape above the base topper and placed three pearls on each side of it. Lastly adding the Happy Birthday silver peel-off.

Could be suitable for a lovely 21st brithday card with the addition of numerals. I Just love it!!!
