Pink Party Dress with Sparkle Shoes in Rose FrameCompleted by Chell Sharpe

I printed off the sheet onto 220gsm good quality photo paper. i matted the base image onto gold holo card, added a pale pink feather & used foam tape to mount the image to the 8x8 base card i'd covered in a CUP backing paper.

I decoupaged the layers with 3D glue gel & used Star Dust Stickles to add some extra sparkle.
