What's a perfect card for Mother's Day of a lady's birthday! I love the Victorian feel the button up shoe gives. To start, I chose an 8x8 white card blank. Next I mounted the topper onto red mirror cardstock.

I left a narrow red mat and let the white card be a second mat. To finish off my card, I took gold Nuvo drops and added it for the buttons on the shoe and to the inner most frame of the picture, nearest the shoe.

My final touch was to tie a bow with 1/8" satin ribbon and place it at the top of the shoe.

There is a nice sentiment strip which is blank that can be added. I placed mine on the back of the card with Card Made By... In addition the print out gives a nice 3x3 gift tag. I fell in love with this card on site!
