Lovely Red and Black Basque and DragonflysCompleted by Chell Sharpe

I started with a white card blank and added a red feather. I matted the base layer onto red embossed metallic card and then black linen effect paper and mounted it on the card base with DST.

I decoupaged the layers and added the greeting, then embellished with Pinflair glitter wand and Red Stickles.
