I printed the sheet and cut out the elements. I then mounted the base topper onto a taupe textured cardstock to create the card base. I then decourpaged the elements with foam tape.
I chose the "Happy Birthday" sentiment and then finished the card off with gold Liquid Pearl dots between the pearls.
Such a stunning card!
