Have a Great 40 Th BirthdayCompleted by Susan Smith

With this design i first printed it out onto photo paper, then after cutting out all the elements, i placed the main design base onto the front of a light blue pearl C5 card, i then made up the design using 2mm sticky pads and finished my card by adding the sentiment at the top right, this is a terrific design for a 40th, was very easy to cut and make up and is stunning when done.
