Happy Birthday Ladies Black Dress & Accessories

I used dark red card. I made up the decoupage and mat and layered onto black glitter card. I used my own black and white backing paper which covered the back and was wrapped part way around to the front.

Going down the side of the card I placed red organza ribbon and made a matching bow. I placed bubble peel offs at the bottom of the design and placed black jewels on the card. On the dress bag hat and shoes I used black glitter to make it nice and sparkly.
