Blue Gown with Blue Rose, and Lace ShoesCompleted by Joan Prince

Printed out onto white card and cut out all the elements. I then placed the base image onto a white scallop edge card using d/s tape and then added the remaining pieces using foam pads.

I added two blue gems to the shoes and the banner with silver peeloff "Happy Birthday. The insert will read "With Love & Best Wishes".
