I printed the sheet out onto 220gsm good quality photo paper. I matted the base layer onto blue holo card, added a cerise feather & used foam tape to mount it to the 8x8 base card.

I decoupaged the layers with 3D glue gel & used Dark Blue, Patina & Star Dust Stickles to add some sparkle.
