Art Deco NecklaceCompleted by Susan Smith

With this design after printing it out onto photo paper, and cutting out all the elements, i placed the main design base onto the front of a cream C5 card, then i made up the design, this i did using 2mm sticky pads, this is really a beautiful design, was very easy to cut and make up and is stunning and very bright and effective when done.
